Fuse Finder III

Fuse Finder 3 is the third iteration of the FF product line.  The product has been redeveloped from the grounds up with a patented sensor design.  The MCU has been updated from PIC to ARM Cortex M0+, with a completely new software aritecture. The product consists of 2 parts: Receiver + Transmitter.

My contributions to this project: 

  • 4 Layer receiver PCB Layout & Aseembly 
  • Receiver firmware development using C++ 11/14 (custom RTOS )
  • HIL Debugging and Testing
  • Client demo & meeting update
Device Case Fitting
The case design is provided by client. This is the first time the PCB got housing outside the testbed.

Automated Testing
The button input is connected to HOST PC to simulate user button press. This is used in conjunction with HIL Testing.
